" With a couple of weddings on the horizon in the office there was talk of the inevitable ‘Stag Do'….. the normal suggestions were made such as Go-Karting, Horse Racing and Paintballing. Personally I'd heard of Airsoft but never actually been so I made a suggestion and was asked to find out more about it. I stumbled across First and Only Airsoft's website and upon showing the guys and seeing the videos and pictures of the site we were instantly sold, so much so we could not wait for the stag days and booked the entire place out for 20 of us!!

We attended the urban site and as our convoy approached the site the shear size of the venue blew us away, from the videos and pictures we'd seen we knew it was big but this place is absolutely enormous, you have to see it to believe it!

We got kitted up and had our safety briefing with John, Jamie and the other marshals who are a great bunch of guys, really helpful and have a great sense of humour, you could not ask for a more enthusiastic, friendly and approachable group. We were asked if we had any scenarios or games we'd like to play as they were open to any ideas as and I quote ‘It was our day and we should be able to enjoy it the way we liked'

John suggested a scenario which involved two rival drug cartels! This involved loads of game types from your standard attack and kill everyone to get in and extract the ‘Scientist' (played by John himself) to safety, which was absolutely brilliant and gave the day a very humorous edge!

On the whole each any every one of us who attended thoroughly enjoyed every second of the day, if you like paintball Airsoft is a million times better and if you don't like paintball then Airsoft is a billion times better!!! and is definitely helped by having a great setup and a fantastic venue to play at. The following Monday over the many exchanged war stories we began to arrange another day… we'll definitely be back and I'm 100% positive anyone who attends any of First and Only Airsoft's sites will find themselves wanting to return for more.
