First and Only Airsoft

First and only’s largest Urban/FIBUA site

Anzio camp is a huge disused MOD barracks and training facility encompassing a massive amount of buildings ranging from small stores buildings to multiple large double story accommodation blocks. It is like having you own town to play in.

All buildings on site are used in all of our scenario based game days, and provide everything from heart stopping CQB action to tense sniper hunts and everything in- between. The site is so huge and varied you can play it any why you desire.

Not only to you get to use all the buildings, but you have access to the entire site including areas of mixed woodland, road networks and even an assault course and firing range. This site has everything!

We also have use of 4×4 vehicles on this site. So if you are pinned down you can call in for reinforcements or get a ride out.

This site is perfect for everyone from first time players to airsoft veterans as you can play it any way you wish.

From the time you book in you will be directed to our indoor car park and safe zone and our professional staff will help you every step of the way.

The site has full facilities including catering, car park, safe zone, battery charging and a fully stocked shop for all your airsoft needs from extra bb’s to a range of airsoft weapons available to buy ( all with the appropriate UKARA registration).

Site FPS Limits

AEGs: 350fps. Single shot sniper rifles 500fps (60ft minimum engagement range). Semi-auto rifles 400fps (60ft minimum engagement range). All with 0.2gm bb. All non site AEGS and Sniper rifles are subject to random chrono testing at anytime. Random tests may be carried out throughout the day. We do however reserve the right to NOT allow the use of any weapon over these limits. We recommend you try to be under rather than over to be sure. Any questions regarding FPS please contact us directly.

Pyrotechnics Rules

IMPORTANT: ONLY TLSFx pyros allowed on site. MK5′s or below for grenades (Ball grenades must be non toxic powder content ONLY) Smokes must be LOW Toxicity smokes only. Thermobaric Grenades are OK. BFG’s are allowed but only up to 9mm. We reserve the right to check all pyro and not allow it’s use. Pyros are available to purchase on-site.

GAS: £13 (£12.00 for gold/silver members)
PYROS: (ONLY TLSFx pyro’s allowed to be used on sites. ) Grenades: £4.00 each (both ball, thermobaric and smoke) – 5 for £16. Mark 5s: £3.00 – 4 for £10.00

Site safety/Rules brief starts 9:30AM.
FIRST GAME: APPROX 9:45, CLOSE AT: 4-4.30PM (or when light stops play).
